Shipping policy

Processing/production time — Since Printify makes items to order, mention that orders take 2-7  business days to produce before shipping. 

• Shipping timeframes — Estimated delivery times by region (e.g., US: 3–7 business days, International: 7–21 days)
  • Shipping carriers — Note which carriers Printify uses (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and tracking numbers are provided.
    • International orders — Mention that customers may be responsible for duties/customs fees upon delivery
      • No returns/exchanges on POD items — Since items are made to order, clarify your policy (most POD stores only accept returns for  defective/damaged items.

      • Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within [30] days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at  drferndc@gmail.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to locate your order or send a replacement at no charge.

        Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no need to return the item
